Immunizations:

We are no longer accepting children that are not current on immunizations due to religious or philosophical reasons. If they have a medical exemption, we will need a copy for our files. If they were born in Idaho, we can pull up their immunization records; if they are from out of state, you will need to provide a copy for us.
